Whether you can unblock a number depends on who blocked it. There are two cases, and only one of them is yours to undo.
If You Blocked the Number
A manager or admin can remove it:
- Log in at app.kixie.com.
- Go to Manage > Numbers > Blocked.
- Find the number and delete it from the blocked list.

If the Person Replied STOP to a Text
That block is set by the carrier, not by Kixie, and Kixie cannot remove it. The only way back in is for the person to text START to your Kixie number, which opts them back in to receiving SMS from your account.
Deleting the entry from your Blocked Numbers list does not override a carrier opt-out. Messages will still be dropped before they reach the phone.
