How to Register your Phone Numbers with Hiya

1) Navigate to https://www.hiya.com/

2) Click "Number Registration"

3) Click "Create free account"

4) Enter your company name. Make sure this matches the legal company name that was used to register the company.

5) Enter your company's website URL

6) Enter your first and last name

7) Enter your business email address and create a password

8) Click "I accept Hiya's Terms of Service"

9) Click "Create your account"

10) Find the email from Hiya in your inbox. Click "Verify and log in"

11) Enter your login credentials and click Log In

12) Enter your job title and phone number. Then click "Continue"

13) Select your industry

14) Select your number of employees

15) Enter your company's country, address, city, state, and ZIP. Make sure this exactly matches the address that was used when your company registered their legal company name.

16) Choose "Only my business"

17) Click "Continue"

18) Confirm your business details match. Then click "This is my business"

19) You're now ready to add your numbers. Click "Register numbers"

20) Make sure the CSV you're about to load has 1 column (no headers) with properly formatted phone numbers including the country code.

21) Click File ---> Download ---> Comma Separate Values (.csv)

22) Click "Or browse your computer"

23) Give the upload a name (you can use today's date) and click "Begin upload"

24) Give it a minute for your numbers to load. Then it's time to check that they loaded successfully. Click "Dashboard"

25) Click "Phone numbers"

26) Filter to "Registered," and confirm that your numbers registered successfully.
