In certain countries, government laws require you to submit further information and proof to activate your phone number(s). You will not be able to receive incoming calls until you activate your number.
Please open the attached .csv file, which contains the activation instructions by country, then email the required information to support@kixie.com
It will normally take up to 2 business days to activate your number, and we will send a confirmation email once it is activated.
