1. Install & Set Up PowerCall Dialer

  • Kixie is a Chrome extension, so you must use Google Chrome to install and use it.

  • Install PowerCall Dialer from the Chrome Web Store.

  • Click Add to Chrome, then log in with your Kixie credentials.

  • When prompted, Allow microphone access.

2. Connect Your CRM

  • Open PowerCall, then go to Settings > CRM > Add.
  • Select your CRM from the list and follow the prompts to complete the connection.

3. Set Up Your Audio Device

  • Connect your preferred wired USB headset for best quality.
  • When logging in for the first time, select your audio device from the list.
  • If your headset isn’t listed, click Refresh List to detect it.

4. Log into the Kixie Dashboard

  • Open Google Chrome and go to app.kixie.com/login.
  • Access various call and sales reports to track performance and activity.

  • Configure your inbound call flow to manage routing, voicemail, and agent availability.

5. Set Up Your Kixie Phone Number

  • Navigate to My Profile > Numbers.
  • If a number is already listed, it has been pre-assigned—skip to Step 6.
  • To add a new number:
    • Click + ADD, enter your preferred area code, and click Search for Number.
    • Select a number from the list and click Buy (first local number is free).
    • Click Edit, set it as your Outbound Caller ID, and click Save.
  • If you have ConnectionBoost enabled, it may override your Outbound Caller ID. Toggle it off in PowerCall settings if needed.
