Setting up and using Voicemail Drop

With Voicemail Drop, agents can create and use pre-recorded voicemail messages to quickly leave voicemails on unanswered outbound calls.

Kixie actively listens for the beep played after a voicemail message via AI Smart Beep Detection and automatically leaves your pre-recorded voicemail after the beep so you don’t have to.

On average, Voicemail Drop saves one minute per call. Reducing time spent waiting for a voicemail greeting to play, waiting for the beep, and manually leaving a voicemail. At an average of 60 outbound calls per day, that’s an hour saved every day to increase productivity and maximize your outreach efforts.

Benefit of Voicemail Drop

  • Ensure each voicemail left is pre-approved and top quality with no effort per call
  • Allows easy deployment of similar voicemails left on calls throughout your workflows
  • Save time, energy, and your vocal chords by engaging in real conversations instead of leaving voicemail messages
