We've just implemented several new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to provide a more streamlined workflow in the Kixie Dashboard. Let's take a quick look at what's new.
New Features
PowerList Contact Management
While on a PowerList call, users can now select an option from a dropdown titled "Contact Management."
- None - default, takes no action
- Always Use This Number - removes all other numbers for a given contact in the PowerList
- Bad Number - removes the current number from the PowerList
- Remove Contact - removes this contact and all associated numbers from the PowerList
The selected option is applied when "Save & Dial Next" is selected.
Enhancements
HighLevel Integration Enhancement
Kixie now supports advanced functionality such as "Dial by Owner" and "Assign Contact Owner" rules for HighLevel.
PowerList Webhooks
Kixie will now include PowerList detail fields and values in End Call, Disposition, and Answered Call event webhook payloads.
Inbound Routing Rules updates to Deal status
When using Inbound Routing Rules, the rules now reference the deal with the latest "create date" and an "open" status if multiple deals exist for the contact and the deal's status is not defined for the inbound rule.
Sort by Total Duration on Agent Summary
Updated the formatting to allow the Agent Summary page to be sorted by the Total Duration column.
Status column added to SMS History page
The SMS History page now shows a Status column to display the status of a sent message. The column will display "queued" while delivering and "Delivered" or "Undelivered" if the message was sent or unable to be sent.
Updated copy in call message during PowerDialing session
The "You’re getting a call" message has been updated to better communicate information to the user.
Password auto-generated for new agents
To increase account security, newly created agents will no longer require a password set by the creating manager in the dashboard. These agents will receive an auto-generated password sent to the email address associated with their account. This password will need to be updated upon their first sign-in.
Click to Call/Text added to Contact view in HighLevel
Added Click to Call/Text icons to the default phone field in the contact view of HighLevel.
PowerList Max Attempts Daily/Total free input
Users can now enter any number desired in the Max Attempts section of PowerList settings for both Daily and Total attempts. Click the infinite symbol in either field to replace the entered input and set no limit for the given field. Click into the text input part of the field to replace the no-limit setting with a number.
Updated tooltip for Custom CRM setup
To improve clarity, the tooltip for Search Endpoint has been updated to the following:
"The search endpoint is used to search your CRM for inbound or outbound calls made through Kixie. We use the returned data to display your customer’s information in Kixie’s PowerCall dialer. Please click the tooltip to see our documentation for Custom CRM integration."
Dashboard → "Manage" section is now above "My Profile"
For managers who typically spend more time on the Kixie Dashboard on average, the Manage section is now displayed above the My Profile section to more easily access those sections of the dashboard.
Contextual "New PowerList" button
For increased clarity, the New PowerList button has new contextual verbiage depending on the page from which it is being added. From Manage → PowerLists, the button shows "New Team PowerList." From My Profile → Profile → My PowerLists, the button shows “New Personal PowerList.”
Bug Fixes
Agent Status Report logged in time inaccuracies
Fixed an issue that incorrectly displayed inaccurate data for users under "Logged In" on the Agent Status report page.
Custom CRM only displaying first name in PowerCall
Custom CRMs now show the full name in PowerCall for contacts.
PowerList showing no numbers to dial with AI Human Voice Detect toggled on
Fixed an issue where PowerList threw an error that no numbers were eligible to dial when AI Human Voice Detect was enabled. PowerList now properly dials eligible numbers without error.
Voicemail links in email not playing
Fixed an issue where links to voicemail audio sent to users by email were intermittently missing the .mp3 extension, rendering them unplayable. The file links and emails have been updated to work as expected.
Call/SMS History export columns updated
The Call and SMS History export columns have been updated to better reflect the verbiage used on the dashboard.
Emails delivered for "No Voicemail Left" removed
Fixed an issue that would incorrectly deliver an email to users that they received a voicemail even when there was no voicemail attached to the call. These emails are no longer being delivered.
PowerCall displaying inactive Queues
Fixed an issue where inactive Queues were showing up in PowerCall for agents in their subscribed queues section. Any Queue that has been deactivated will no longer display in this section of PowerCall.
Call History limited to 10k rows
The Call History page of the dashboard has been limited to 10k rows to alleviate a display issue occurring when navigating to the last page of very large reports. Users are now shown a message and encouraged to download the Full Report CSV export to access all rows.
Call Recording not available for Queue calls when call was held/transferred
Fixed an issue that prevented the full call recording from being available for Queue calls when the call was put on hold and transferred to another agent.
Updated Forgot Password flow
Made updates to the "Forgot Password" flow on the Kixie Dashboard login screen to allow passwords to only be updated via a link sent to the entered email address.
