  • Windows 10
  • Most Updated Version of Google Chrome Browser
    • Logged into an account via Chrome
  • Most Updated Version of Kixie PowerCall Dialer 
  • 16GB RAM
  • Intel Core i5 CPU Series or Better
  • High Speed Internet with a Stable Connection (Dependent on Number of Users)
    • 30Mb/s Download, 10Mb/s Upload Recommended
    • Latency (Ping) < 75ms
      • Determine your latency here.

Minimum System Requirements for Mac

  • Mac OS 4.1 or Better Recommended
  • Most Updated Version of Google Chrome Browser
    • Logged into an account via Chrome
  • Most Updated Version of Kixie PowerCall Dialer 
  • 4GB RAM
  • 4 GB HDD (Suggested Space but not required)
  • High Speed Internet with a Stable Connection (Dependent on Number of Users)
    • 30Mb/s Download, 10Mb/s Upload Recommended
    • Latency (Ping) < 75ms

*Do not use a VPN for use with Kixie it may degrade call quality and increase the likelihood of call drops.
