If logging in at app.kixie.com returns "CAPTCHA is invalid or expired", the error usually clears with a fresh browser session.
Clear the Session and Try Again
- Make sure you are in Google Chrome. Kixie was built as a Chrome extension and does not run natively in Safari, Edge, or Firefox.
- Close every Kixie tab and the dialer.
- Clear Chrome's cache: paste
chrome://settings/clearBrowserDatainto the address bar, choose Advanced, tick Cached images and files and Hosted app data, set the time range to All time, and click Clear data. - Reopen Chrome, go to app.kixie.com, and complete the CAPTCHA before it times out.
Step-by-step screenshots are in How to Update Chrome, Clear Your Cache.
Turn Off VPNs and Ad Blockers
If you use a VPN or an ad blocker, turn it off for kixie.com and try once more. Both can interfere with the CAPTCHA check.
If the Error Keeps Coming Back
A repeating CAPTCHA error often means the whole account is on a billing hold. Nobody on the account can log in until it is cleared. Check with your manager or admin that all invoices have been paid. Services turn off after 7 days unpaid.
If billing is current and the error persists, contact support@kixie.com.
