Updating the Kixie PowerCall Dialer

Periodically, the Kixie PowerCall Dialer will be updated with new features and optimizations. To take advantage of new features and to ensure your PowerCall is compatible with the most recent updates, you will need to update your extension. There are a few ways to do that, listed below.

Manually updating Kixie PowerCall

1. Open Kixie PowerCall
2. Click the Dropdown Menu (three horizontal lines at the upper right of the PowerCall screen)
3. Click the Settings cog icon (first icon at the top of the dropdown menu)
4. Find the Check Update row near the bottom of the screen and click the blue App Update button
5. If an update is available, you will be prompted to update. If your Kixie is current, a message will display letting you know.

You can always check the version of your PowerCall Dialer just below the Check Update row near the bottom of the screen. This can be helpful for troubleshooting purposes when reaching out to support.

Refreshing Kixie PowerCall

1. Open Kixie PowerCall
2. Click the Dropdown Menu (three horizontal lines at the upper right of the PowerCall screen)
3. Click the Refresh button (third icon in the dropdown menu)

2. Click "Reload" (Mac, Google Chrome)

1. With the Kixie PowerCall extension window open, press Cmd (⌘) + R
