Managers can easily configure Call Dispositions (Call Outcomes) within the Kixie.com Dashboard > Manage > Call Outcomes.

Adding Dispositions on the Kixie Dashboard

  1. On the Kixie Dashboard, go to the following:
    • Manage
    • Call Outcomes
  2. Click +ADD at the top right
  3. On the window that opens, do the following:
    • Enter a Disposition Name
    • Enter the Order in which the Disposition will appear when selecting from a list in Kixie
    • Select a Destination
      • None - No specific action is taken when this Disposition is selected for a call
      • Cadence - When this Disposition is selected, the lead will be added to a Cadence. Choose which Cadence from the dropdown that appears
      • Powerlist - When this Disposition is selected, the lead will be added to a Powerlist. Choose which Powerlist from the dropdown that appears
  4. When finished, Click Save

Editing existing Dispositions

On the Call Outcomes page, you can edit existing Dispositions to change their destination or other details. Follow these steps:

  1. Find the Disposition you want to edit
  2. Click either the Disposition Name or the blue pencil icon under the Actions column
  3. On the window that opens, edit any of the following 
    • Name
    • Order
    • Destination

Deleting an existing Disposition

  1. Find the Disposition you want to delete
  2. Click the red trash can icon under the Actions column
  3. Click the check mark to confirm or the x icon to cancel
