To update and manage your business hours, use the below instructions to navigate to the appropriate areas of the Kixie dashboard.
Once you've arrived at the hours for any given entity, you have the option to set hours manually or choosing from a pre-set configuration.
Update Hours
- Update Business Hours
- Manage
- Account Settings
- Click Edit All
- Navigate to Business Hours
- Update User Hours
- My Profile
- Agent Settings
- Edit
- Click Edit All
- Navigate to User Hours.
- Update IVR Hours
- Manage
- Inbound
- IVRs
- Click the name of the IVR
- Navigate to IVR Hours
- Update Ring Group Hours
- Manage
- Inbound
- Ring Groups
- Click the name of the Ring Group
- Navigate to Ring Groups Hours
Update Voicemails
If the the outside hours action is set to go to Voicemail, you can update the voicemail to inform of the holiday hours.
- Update personal voicemail
- My Profile
- Agent Settings
- Inbound Call Flow
- Click Edit All
- Update the voicemail in Voicemail Message section
- Update Ring Group Hours
- Manage
- Inbound
- Ring Groups
- Click the name of the Ring Group
- Update voicemail in Group Voicemail Type section.
