How to Block a Number

Managers can access blocking numbers directly through the Kixie Dashboard. This helps ensure your team does not reach out to customers or prospects that have requested to no longer be contacted and helps keep you compliant with harassment rules and laws.

Adding a Blocked Number

To block numbers on your account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Kixie Dashboard
2. Click Manage
3. Click Numbers
4. Click Blocked
5. Click +Add
6. Enter the number to be blocked
   • Note: The number must include a country but must not include a +
     • Examples: 14159278899, 61480007821, 441209702984
7. Select the types of contact methods to block
8. When finished, click Save
