To disconnect HubSpot from Kixie, each Kixie user must individually remove their HubSpot connection within the PowerCall extension.
To do this, open the PowerCall dialer and click the menu icon in the top right corner, then go to Settings, then CRM, and hit the trashcan icon next to the HubSpot connection.
When an individual user removes their HubSpot connection, they are no longer synced with HubSpot, which will disable their calls, text messages, and call outcomes from logging to HubSpot.
Once each active Kixie user has completed this process, your HubSpot connection is removed from your Kixie instance.
