Overview

Kixie’s new MaestroAI feature helps automate key sales communication workflows between Kixie and your CRM — starting with HubSpot.

The first release of this feature automatically creates and activates a HubSpot workflow to alert sales reps of high-value new deals, with an option to call them now, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

 

What It Does

When your Kixie account is connected to HubSpot, Kixie will automatically create a deal-based workflow called:

kixie_maestro_ai_workflow

This workflow is designed to automatically notify your team when new, high-value deals are created in HubSpot. The agent can then initiate a call to that Contact at the click of a button.

Enrollment Criteria

The workflow enrolls deals that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The Amount is greater than or equal to $650.
  • A Deal Owner is assigned.
  • The Deal Creation Date is less than 1 day ago.
  • There is at least one associated contact with an assigned Contact Owner and Phone Number.

 

What Happens Next

When a deal is enrolled, every associated contact’s contact owner (as defined in HubSpot) will receive a Kixie SMS notification to their Kixie number.

The message will inform the user that:

“You have a contact associated with a deal over $650. Would you like to call them now?”

This ensures that reps can act fast on hot, high-value opportunities.

Managing or Opting Out of the Workflow

You can easily customize, pause, or delete the workflow directly in HubSpot:

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account.
  2. Navigate to Automation → Workflows.
  3. Search for kixie_maestro_ai_workflow.
     
  4. From here, you can:
     
    • Turn it OFF if you don’t want it active.
    • Edit the enrollment criteria to adjust the logic.
    • Delete it if you prefer not to use it.

💡 Tip: The workflow is automatically created and enabled for all HubSpot-connected Kixie accounts upon release.

Who Receives This Feature

All Kixie customers with an active HubSpot connection with access to HubSpot Workflows will automatically have this workflow created in their HubSpot instance.

No setup is required.
