Disconnecting Kixie and HubSpot has two halves, and most people need both. This article covers the Kixie side, which each user does for themselves. For the HubSpot side, see Disconnecting HubSpot: Uninstall the Kixie App in Your HubSpot Portal.
To disconnect HubSpot from Kixie, each Kixie user must individually remove their own HubSpot connection within the PowerCall extension.
- Open the PowerCall dialer and click the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
- Click the gear icon, labelled Settings.
- Click the CRM row to open CRM Settings.
- Under ACTIVE CRM, click the trash icon next to the HubSpot connection.
When an individual user removes their HubSpot connection, they are no longer synced with HubSpot, which disables their calls, text messages and call outcomes from logging to HubSpot.
Once every active Kixie user has completed this process, the HubSpot connection is removed from your Kixie instance.
Do I Need the Other Half?
Removing the connection in the dialer stops Kixie logging to HubSpot. It does not uninstall the Kixie app from your HubSpot portal, and it does not disable Kixie action steps inside HubSpot workflows. If you want the integration gone entirely, also do the HubSpot side.
If you are trying to fix a broken connection rather than remove it, see HubSpot Says "Email Was Not Found at HubSpot" instead.
