Disconnecting Kixie and HubSpot has two halves, and most people need both. This article covers the HubSpot side, which a HubSpot admin does once for the whole portal. For the Kixie side, which each user does for themselves, see Disconnecting HubSpot: Remove the Connection in Your Kixie Dialer.
Uninstall the Kixie App
- Log in to your HubSpot portal.
- Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Connected Apps.
- Search for Kixie PowerCall and SMS.
- Click the Actions menu on the right-hand side and choose to uninstall.
- Complete the verification process.
Kixie is then uninstalled from your HubSpot instance.
What Happens to Your Data
Uninstalling the Kixie app from HubSpot does not remove any call activities, call recordings, call outcomes or SMS activities that were already logged by Kixie. That history stays in HubSpot.
Check Your Workflows First
If you use Kixie action steps in HubSpot workflows, those actions stop being available once the app is uninstalled. Review any workflow that uses a Kixie action before you remove the integration, or those workflows will fail silently at that step.
If you are trying to fix a broken connection rather than remove it, see HubSpot Says "Email Was Not Found at HubSpot" instead.
