Automate key Kixie actions, such as adding Contacts to a PowerList or sending SMS messages, using HighLevel CRM’s workflow builder.
Overview
Below is a list of available workflow actions along with setup instructions. Each action includes a phone field that Kixie will use to automate calling and texting. By default, this field is mapped to HighLevel’s primary phone field, but it can be customized.
If you don't see the Kixie actions available in your HighLevel workflow builder, make sure there is an active integration between your HighLevel Location (subaccount) and your Kixie account. If you are working out of more than one HighLevel Location and need assistance, please contact Kixie Support for further steps.
1. Add to PowerList
This action adds a Contact’s phone number to a Kixie PowerList.
Configuration

Enter the PowerList ID where you want to send the Contact.

To find your PowerList ID, navigate to Manage > PowerLists in the Kixie dashboard.

You can map additional Contact details from HighLevel CRM to the Kixie PowerDialer by selecting fields using the tag icon next to the input field.
2. Send SMS
This action sends an automated text message from the direct Kixie phone number of the assigned Agent in HighLevel CRM.
Configuration

The assigned agent must have:

A valid Kixie phone number.

An active connection between Kixie and HighLevel.

To send from a different Kixie Agent, replace the User token in the Sender field with the Kixie user's email address.

Use the Message Body field to personalize messages with Contact properties. Click the tag icon to insert Contact details dynamically.
3. Send Team SMS
This action sends an automated text message from a Team SMS Inbox, allowing multiple agents to view and respond to replies.
Configuration

Enter the Team SMS Inbox ID for the message source.

To find the Team SMS Inbox ID, go to Manage > Numbers > Team SMS in the Kixie dashboard.
4. Remove from PowerList
This action removes a Contact’s phone number from a specific Kixie PowerList.
Configuration

Enter the PowerList ID to remove the Contact from.

Find your PowerList ID under Manage > PowerLists in the Kixie dashboard.
5. Remove from All PowerLists
This action removes a Contact’s phone number from every PowerList in your Kixie account.
Configuration

The only field that needs mapping is the Contact's phone number—this action will automatically remove the Contact from all PowerLists.

Ensure all required IDs (PowerList, Team SMS Inbox) are correctly entered.

Agents must have valid Kixie numbers and active integrations for messaging actions to function properly.

Personalization tokens can enhance SMS messages by dynamically inserting Contact details.
