If you have manager permissions in Kixie, you will be able to view and search call history for all users on your account. To navigate to your account-wide call history in the Kixie Dashboard, you will want to go to Activity History → Call History, and you will see a page that looks like the screenshot below:
You will be able to filter by the following options: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, This Week, This Month, Last Month, or a Custom Date Range.
Within the call history, you will also be able to search for a specific phone number in the search bar. You will also see the option to sort your call history by headers at the top of each column. You will be able to sort by the following options:

Type: The type will signify whether the call was incoming or outgoing

Duration: The length of time that the call lasted
Internal Call ID: The phone number on your Kixie Account that was targeted
External Call ID: The phone number of the person on the call who is not an agent on your Kixie Account

Actions: This column will present you with the CRM link for your call, the call recording, and the option to send an SMS to this number directly from the Dashboard
In the top left-hand corner of your call history, you will also have the option to export your call history to a CSV:
