How Does International Calling Work and How Much Does It Cost?

Kixie can make call connections to anywhere in the world, only limited by compliance restrictions. All billing tiers have access to making outbound calls anywhere in the world. The cost per-minute depends on the rate code of the number you're calling. See Per Minute Pricing for specific rates.

For information about how Kixie bills you for your calling minutes, check out Billing Basics.

Unblocked Prefixes - What Countries Can I Call?

Kixie allows calling to these countries by default, with no additional registration or compliance requirements. Per Minute Pricing may still apply.

Blocked Prefixes and Countries

Kixie does not allow calling to certain countries or certain international prefixes by default. The reason for this depends on the country, ranging from security concerns, to international restrictions set by the country's network regulations. Additionally, blocked prefixes also prevent our customers from unintentionally being charged incredibly high per-minute rate fees, which are non-negotiable & non-refundable charges.

If you have any questions about international calling or allowing your business to call specific countries, please contact your account manager or email support@kixie.com.

Here is a list of countries where we block some or all calls. This list is not comprehensive, and countries not found on the list may still be subject to compliance requirements in order to call.
