Changing Your Caller ID to a Non-Kixie Number
(For example, your Skype number, cell phone number, etc.)
Trial Accounts (Non-Paid Accounts)
If you are on a trial account, contact your Kixie Sales Representative to set up your caller ID correctly.

Paid Accounts
If you are on a paid plan, please email support@kixie.com with the following details:
- Your Kixie email address
- The phone number you want to set as your Caller ID, in international format (e.g., +1 (424) 800-3330)
Changing Your Caller ID to a Kixie Number
If you want to change your outgoing caller ID (the number that appears to your customers) to a Kixie number, you have two options:
Option 1: Using the Kixie PowerCall Dialer
- Open your Kixie PowerCall dialer
- Click the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner
- Select Settings > User Settings
- Choose the Caller ID Number you want to use
- Click Update User
Option 2: Using the Kixie Dashboard
- Log in to your Kixie dashboard

(Optional) Get a new Kixie number:
- Go to My Profile > Numbers > Add
- Enter the country and a 3-digit area code (for U.S. numbers)
- Click Search for Number to view available options
- To set your new number as your Caller ID:
- Go to My Profile > Edit
- Select your Outbound Caller ID Number and/or Outbound SMS Number
