To disconnect Kixie from HubSpot, log into your HubSpot portal and head over to Settings, then Integrations, then Connected Apps.
Search for Kixie PowerCall and SMS and click the actions tab on the right-hand side. Complete the verification process and Kixie will be uninstalled from your HubSpot instance.
Note: uninstalling the Kixie app from your HubSpot portal will not remove any call activities, call recordings, call outcomes, or SMS activities that were logged via Kixie.
If you are using Kixie actions in HubSpot workflows, those actions will no longer be available. Please review any workflows that use Kixie action steps before removing your Kixie integration from HubSpot.
