All Kixie reporting now lives in the Reports tab of the AI Dashboard.
This article explains what is on each part of Reports. To build your own board or put one on a schedule, see AI Dashboard: Build, Customize And Schedule A Board.
Video Walkthrough
A 90 second tour of Reports: the Snapshot, filters and date ranges, ready-made boards, building a tile in plain words, and scheduling a board.
Before You Start
- Sign in at ai.kixie.com with your Kixie account. No separate password.
- Open Reports in the left sidebar.
- What you see depends on your role. Admins and managers see reporting for the whole company. Everyone else sees their own calls and texts.
Snapshot
Snapshot is the first thing you see. It pulls tiles from the ready-made boards into one page, grouped so you can read your business top to bottom.
- Calls at a glance. Calls, connected calls, connect rate, answered calls, missed inbound calls, answer rate and average talk time. Each tile shows the change against the previous period and a small trend line.
- Trends. Call trend, inbound vs outbound, and call volume by weekday.
- Outcomes. Call outcomes, sentiment, and outcomes by rep.
- Reps. Leaderboard, calls by rep and hour, and daily calls by rep.
- PowerDialer. What is queued, dialing, done and held back, with dialer calls and connect rate per list.
- SMS. Sent, received, delivery rate, unread inbound and the SMS trend.
Use the controls at the top to change what Snapshot covers:
- Team. All teams, or one team.
- Date range. Today, 7 days, 30 days, Last week, Last month or Custom.
You are not limited to the last 90 days. Custom ranges go back as far as your account's call history.
The chips under the Snapshot heading (Call history, SMS history, Connection summary and so on) jump straight to the board behind each group.
Ready-Made Boards
Open Boards to see the prebuilt boards. Each one answers a single question.
| Board | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Call history | Every call: volume tiles, inbound vs outbound by day, and the full paged call log with recordings and CSV export. |
| SMS history | Sent, received, delivery and unread tiles, the daily trend and the full paged message log. |
| Connection summary | How dials become conversations: connect and answer rates with period changes, rate against volume, and the per-rep table. |
| Dial and answer rates | Answer behavior across the day, missed inbound, and when each rep is on the phone. |
| Rep performance (today) | Today's tiles, leaderboard, talk time and the rep-by-hour grid, pinned to today. |
| Call outcomes | Dispositions as a share of total, the daily trend, call volume by weekday and every rep's outcomes side by side. |
| Call activity | Volume, connects and sentiment: KPI tiles, the daily trend and each rep's daily line. |
| Team performance | Rep-by-rep ranking with talk time, the objections your team hears and the calls worth a second listen. |
| Daily dialing | Who dialed how much, day by day, with a rep-by-day table and an hour-of-day heat grid. |
| PowerList queue state | What the PowerDialer is working on right now: queued, dialing, done and held-back contacts per list. |
| Weekly calling effort | Last week, complete and comparable: team totals, rep ranking and the weekday pattern across the last 30 days. |
Click a board to open it. The team and date controls at the top of the board work the same way as on Snapshot.
Your Boards
Below the ready-made boards is Your boards, with a search box and a sort order. This is where you find:
- Boards you or your team created.
- Boards on a schedule, which carry a Scheduled label.
Every board is editable. Click Open, then Edit board.
Exporting Call History
Open the Call history board, set the date range and use the CSV export on the call log. The file downloads in your browser, even for a range that covers years of calls.
Tips
- Start on Snapshot, then open the board behind the number you want to understand.
- Set the team filter before you read rep tiles. A manager looking at one team gets a much cleaner leaderboard.
- For a weekly review, Weekly calling effort gives you last week complete, so numbers do not shift while you read them.
Troubleshooting
I don't see company-wide numbers. Company-wide reporting is for admins and managers. Users see their own calls and texts.
My numbers differ from the Calls page. Reports count every call your business made, including very short calls and voicemails. The Calls page lists analyzed calls, which are calls with enough conversation to score. Compare the same set before comparing numbers.
