To ensure you receive text message notifications when MaestroAI flags a high-value prospect in HubSpot, follow these steps:
Sign in to your Kixie Dashboard.
Navigate to My Profile.
Select Inbound Call Flow.
On the right side of the page, click Edit All.
Choose Forward Devices.
Confirm that your mobile number is listed as a Forward Device and that the Dialing Device Type is set to Cell Phone.
Important: When adding your mobile number, enter it in the following format: 15555555555 (country code + number, with no spaces or symbols).
Click Save to finalize your settings.
You will now receive SMS notifications automatically whenever MaestroAI identifies a high-value prospect.
