Destination-Based Pricing
All call rates and SMS rates are based on the destination country, not the country of origin.
For example, when using a US number to dial a destination in Australia, versus using a New Zealand number to dial a destination in Australia, you'll find that both will cost the same rate under Kixie.

Each SMS text message is defined as either 160 characters long if no Unicode characters are present, or 70 characters long if any Unicode characters are present. For more details, see Character Limits for SMS.

Kixie and our phone carriers will typically require 1-4 days to obtain an international (non-US/Canada) phone number for your use. Please send an email to support@kixie.com to order an international phone number.
Many countries require additional business documentation in order to obtain a local phone number. This documentation may include proof of business address located in that country and/or a valid tax ID for that country. Kixie Support will inform you about what compliance documents are required for your phone number order.
