At Kixie, our goal is to help you see value from our platform as quickly as possible. That’s where Onboarding comes in. Our dedicated Onboarding Team will guide you through setup, strategy, and training so you and your team can start using Kixie effectively right away.
What Is Onboarding?
Onboarding is the personalized process we use to help new customers successfully adopt Kixie. We’ll configure your account, train your team, and align your workflows with best practices so you can get the most out of Kixie from day one.
How Onboarding Is Different from Support
Onboarding is not the same as customer support. The purpose of onboarding is to walk you through setup, strategy, and training so your team can confidently use Kixie on your own. While onboarding focuses on preparing you for long-term success, our Support Team is always available if you need help with technical issues or troubleshooting along the way.
What You’ll Get During Onboarding
When you qualify for onboarding, you’ll have access to:
A dedicated Onboarding Specialist—your main point of contact during setup.
A customized onboarding plan built around your business needs.
Setup and strategy calls to align your goals with Kixie’s tools.
Team training sessions to ensure everyone is confident using the platform.
Hands-on support with account setup and integrations.
How to Qualify
You can qualify for onboarding in three ways:
Based on your account size,
By adding an onboarding fee to your plan, or
By choosing annual billing, which includes onboarding at no additional cost.
Your Account Executive will review your account and confirm which option applies to you.
What to Expect in the Process
Timeline: Onboarding typically lasts 2–3 weeks, with about 3–4 calls depending on your goals.
Structure: Every process is tailored to your needs, but the end goal is always the same—helping you adopt Kixie quickly and effectively.
Handoff: Once onboarding is complete, you’ll smoothly transition to your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team for ongoing success.

After onboarding, you’ll transition either to your Customer Success Manager—if your account qualifies—or directly to our Support Team, ensuring you always have the right resources in place for long-term success.
