You need to add four new Activity Categories (as pictured below) for Kixie's integration with PipelineDeals to work correctly:
- Call
- Voicemail
- Answered Call
- Missed Call
- Disposition
- SMS
Individual Kixie users would then connect their Kixie account to their respective PipelineDeals user account via their Kixie PowerCall-> settings-> add crm-> + add crm, as instructed in the setup guides sent to their email address when they were added as a Kixie user.
