We've made an update to your CRM integration to improve your experience.

PowerCall Version

  • Make sure you're using the latest version of PowerCall by clicking the "dropdown menu" icon in the top right corner of PowerCall, then scrolling down and clicking the "App Update" icon.

Configuration

To install the new update, follow these steps:

  • In the top right corner of PowerCall, click the "dropdown menu" icon (three horizontal lines) and select the gear icon to access your Settings.

  • From there, scroll down and select CRM from the settings menu to see your current CRM connection.
  • To remove your current connection, please click the trashcan icon next to your Connected CRM and press the checkmark icon to confirm.

  • Once completed, click the "plus sign" icon in the top right corner as depicted in the above image to add the updated CRM Connection.
  • Select "LeadConnector" from the dropdown menu and follow the instructions in the pop-up window to finish connecting to your CRM.
    • If you are a CRM manager and you see multiple LeadConnector accounts, make sure you select the exact account that corresponds to your Kixie account.
  • Once completed, you should see a green 'Success' banner. Feel free to close the window at that point to continue your PowerCall session.
