1) Navigate to https://firstorion.com/
2) Click "FREE Business Registration"
3) Click "START REGISTRATION"
4) Click "Sign Up"
5) Click "Single Business"
6) Enter your info and click "Create Account"
7) Click the "I have read the terms and conditions" field.
8) Click "Accept & Create Account"
9) Enter the verification code sent to your email, and click "Submit"
10) Click "Register"
11) Enter your credentials and click "Log In"
12) Enter your company's name. Make sure to exactly match the legal company name, not a DBA.
13) Select your industry
14) Enter your EIN. This is technically optional, but recommended to expedite approval.
15) Enter your website URL
16) Enter your company's phone number. This can be a support or sales line.
17) Enter your company's address, city, state, and zip code. Make sure this matches the address used when the legal company name was registered.
18) Select the number of employees at the company
19) Skip the "Telephone Service Providers" field. Kixie is not listed there yet.
20) Enter the point of contact's name, phone, and email.
21) Click "Proceed to Summary"
22) Click "Save Business & Continue"
23) You'll always see this page for a moment after submitting. Refresh after a minute and this message should be gone. If not, email: enterprisesupport@firstorion.com
24) Once that banner disappears, you're ready to load your numbers. Click "Phone Numbers"
25) Make sure the CSV file you're about to load has 2 columns with no headers.
First column are the phone numbers.
Second column is the purpose of calls from your numbers. Enter "Multi-Use Line" and copy paste down the whole sheet.
26) Click "File"
27) Click Download ---> Comma Separated Values (.csv)
28) Back on First Orion, click "Add Phone Numbers"
29) Click "Upload CSV File"
30) Click "Choose from computer" and pick the CSV you just downloaded
31) Click "Save"
32) Click "Ok"
33) Refresh the page after a minute to confirm the numbers have been approved.
