Step-by-Step Integration Guide
1. Prepare Your Environment

Open two tabs in your browser:

One for your Kixie Dashboard

One for your Vendasta Dashboard

2. Locate Your Kixie Business ID and API Key

In the Kixie Dashboard:

Go to Manage > Account Settings

Scroll down to the Integrations section

Copy your Business ID
-
Note: You will also need your API Key from this section

3. Connect Kixie in Vendasta

In the Vendasta Dashboard:

Navigate to Administration > Integrations (under the Advanced section)

Select Kixie
-
Click the blue Connect button
-
Paste your Kixie Business ID in the popup

Return to Kixie, copy your API Key, and paste it into the same popup

Click Add Connection

Enter in your Kixie BID and API Key on this popup in Vendasta
What Happens Next?

Automatic Activation:
Kixie will be pinged to finalize the integration. This process typically completes within one business day. -
Email Confirmation:
You will receive an email from Kixie once the integration is successfully activated.
Post-Integration Behavior
Once the integration is active, the following features will be available:

Automatic Logging
All calls and SMS will be automatically logged to the correct contact in Vendasta. -
Click-to-Call and Click-to-Text
Use the red call or text buttons next to phone numbers in Vendasta to launch calls or texts via Kixie. -
Real-Time Contact Display
Contact info from Vendasta will appear in Kixie PowerCall during incoming and outgoing calls. -
Comprehensive Call Logging
Every call, call recording, note, and text message will be logged in Vendasta for future reference.
