Phone Call Activities will log as a native Call Activity in Outreach.
Pertinent call data such as recordings, duration, and phone numbers are stored in the Call Activity details.
Where does Kixie log SMS to Outreach?
Text Message (SMS) Activities will log as a "Note" in Outreach.
Pertinent details about the SMS such as the message itself and the direction of the text will be stored in the Note Body.
Where does Kixie log Dispositions and Purposes to Outreach?
Your Outreach Call Dispositions and Purposes are available in Kixie’s PowerCall and are appended to the Call Activity logged in Outreach.
Where does Kixie log Call Notes to Outreach?
Kixie will log Call Notes as a "Note" in Outreach that is appended to the disposition selected for a call.
How does Kixie know which Prospect in Outreach to log an activity to?
Kixie searches the Outreach CRM Prospect records by phone number to find the right Prospect record to log the activity to. In case there is a duplicate record, Kixie will return the most recently created Prospect record.
Does Kixie log to my Opportunity or Account records in Outreach?
Kixie only logs calls to the Prospect record.
How do I know which Agent logged a call or SMS in Outreach?
The Call and SMS Activity records will be assigned to the Outreach user who made the call or SMS.
What if the Prospect isn’t in Outreach or calls from a different phone number?
If a Prospect cannot be found in Outreach because either the Prospect does not exist or the Prospect is using a different phone number then Kixie can create a Prospect in Outreach for you. This setting can be updated for your account in the Kixie dashboard.
Can Kixie log calls to Prospects using a custom phone number field?
Kixie cannot search Outreach using custom phone fields which means Kixie cannot log calls to Prospects with phone numbers in a custom phone field.
