You can automatically trigger templated SMS messages from the HubSpot contact owner's Kixie account, when a contact enrolls in a Hubspot workflow. When a contact enrolls in a workflow, a text will be sent out from the Kixie account of the HubSpot contact owner, if one with the same email exists on Kixie. It is just as if that Kixie user opened their SMS window and texted the person themselves.
This feature is not meant to be an sms blast. Instead, it is meant to be a targeted approach to sending relevant texts to customers at the right times (a minute after opening a marketing email, when they are rotated to their contact owner, when their HubSpot lead score has reached your target).
