Scheduling a Service Call is both simple and easy. For general questions or inquiries, the following options are available:
- Email Support@kixie.com
- Select the "Help" button on the bottom of this page, or the Kixie.com page. Then select the "LIVE CHAT" option to chat with a Kixie representative
- Please Note: All user accounts are assigned an Account Manager as soon as they start using Kixie. Your Account Manager is also your Onboarding Representative. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a call with your Account Manager, simply send that representative, or Support@kixie.com, an email.
