For all the calls you make, Kixie will look for the oldest call task on the contact you're calling, and mark it as complete once the call is over.
This makes working out of the HubSpot task queue faster, since you don't have to worry about manually marking activities as complete.
- If you prefer this not to happen for whatever reason, it is recommended that you use non-call tasks, like meeting tasks, as your follow-up tasks. Kixie will not auto-complete those.
Users can roll through their task queue via two methods, by pressing Skip (the fastest) after making their call or by refreshing the page after making their call to click Next (both can be used interchangeably).
Method 1 - Skip
In Hubspot task queue, users can make a call with Kixie and move on to the next task by clicking "Skip". Steps are as follows:
- Add tasks to queue
- Make a call using the Kixie PowerCall dialer
- *task is marked as complete*
- Press "Skip" (note: you are not actually skipping)
- Repeat steps 2-4 until tasks are done.
Method 2 - Refresh
In Hubspot task queue, users can make a call with Kixie and move on to the next task by refreshing the page. Steps are as follows:
- Add tasks to queue
- Make a call using the Kixie PowerCall dialer
- *task is marked as complete*
- Refresh page & press "Next"
- Repeat steps 2-4 until tasks are done.
