Summary: Professional plan accounts can change the entire team's connection duration from the default duration of 3 minutes to something else. To do this, please login and go to Manage>Account.
Connections within the Kixie.com Dashboard help all our users better understand their call successes.
Adjusting your connection time will alter the following data:
- All Connections
- Incoming Connections
- Outgoing Connections
- Outgoing Connection %
