Triggering Automation in HighLevel by Logging a Kixie Call Outcome

Aldo Barbagiovanni Aldo Barbagiovanni

Kixie integrates seamlessly with HighLevel’s workflow builder, allowing you to automate key actions like sending contacts to a PowerList or sending SMS messages. These automations help streamline your outbound calling and texting strategies within HighLevel CRM.

Selecting a Contact's Phone Number

Each action requires a Contact phone field to target for automation. By default, Kixie uses HighLevel’s primary phone field, but you can configure it to use a custom phone property if needed.

Below is a breakdown of the available Kixie actions and how to set them up.

Kixie Workflow Actions

  • Enter the PowerList ID where you want to add the contact.
    • Find your PowerList ID in the Kixie Dashboard (Manage > PowerLists).
  • Map relevant contact details from HighLevel to the Kixie PowerDialer details view.

    • Replace the User token in the “Sender” field with the Kixie user’s email address.
  • Customize the message body using personalization tokens.
