If your PowerCall shows no caller information from your CRM when you make/receive calls:
1. In Google Chrome, go to Settings and then select Disconnect your Google Account at the top. Then sign in again to Google Chrome with your unique email address that nobody else is using.
2. Now go to the Google Chrome Store, and make sure you are logged in with the same email address as in step #1.
3. Refresh Kixie PowerCall dialer (press the Refresh icon on the top right of the PowerCall dialer)
