Local Presence

Kixie's automatic AI Local Presence Dialing, complete with Progressive CallerID (dynamic auto-rotating numbers) and direct callback routing, is an excellent way to increase your connect rates with prospects. Kixie's Local Presence Dialer is one of the core components to Kixie ConnectionBoost.  


The logic is simple: a local number on caller ID = trust and credibility = higher pickup rates for your customers.

When making a call with Local Presence you will be able to view the number being used to make the call on the top right corner of your dialer. 

If you are on the Enterprise plan and have local presence or ConnectionBoost activated, you can turn it on/off with one click inside of your Kixie PowerCall settings.

There are 3 types of Local Presence dialing that Kixie offers:

  1. Local Presence Standard (US/Canada numbers only):
    • Starting at $1/month per number, or for free if you already own the numbers externally, any Enterprise plan user may elect to automatically show up as any of the designated US/Canada local presence numbers on your account when calling to those area codes.
    • It is a flat $350/month for one set of all the area codes in the US/Canada
    • This option works well if you call certain areas only, want to advertise (and own) your local numbers, and find value in tracking the inbound statistics of these numbers you own inside of kixie.com.
    • And with dynamic callback routing, when customers call these local numbers back, they will automatically be routed back to the agent who last made contact with the caller. 
    • To add local presence numbers to your account, login to the kixie.com dashboard and click on "manage numbers" -> add a local presence number
  2. Kixie ConnectionBoost with AI Local Presence Dialing (US/CAN Area Codes + Global Country Codes):
    • For only $20/month added to a user's plan, any Enterprise plan user may elect to get Kixie's ConnectionBoost. Kixie will automatically rotate through numbers and display only the numbers with the highest answer rate. You have access to a dynamic pool of
      • ALL area codes in the US/Canada automatically show up as a local number when calling your leads.
        • For each area code, Kixie will cycle through over 50 local numbers that it will dynamically and automatically rotate through, to keep your connection rates high, prevent call screening, and allow your sales reps to dial more frequently. 
      • ALL unblocked country codes in the world 
        • For each country, Kixie has approximately 1 local number that it will dynamically and automatically activate. to keep your connection rates high and prevent call screening. 
    • Kixie utilizes A.I. to detect and remove numbers with relatively low connection rates = minimizes your numbers getting marked as spam and ensures the highest connection rates possible.
    • With dynamic callback routing, when customers call these local numbers back, they will automatically be routed back to the agent who last made contact with the caller.

  3. Local Presence Standard (non-US/Canada numbers only):
    • For the normal cost of a non-US/Canada number (it varies), or for free if you already own the numbers externally, any Enterprise plan user may elect to automatically show up as any of the designated non-US/Canada local presence numbers on your account when calling to those area codes.
    • This option works well if you call certain areas only, want to advertise (and own) your local numbers, and find value in tracking the inbound statistics of these numbers you own inside of kixie.com.
      • NOTE - Kixie will match based on the country code of the number, not the local code. 
        • So your German local presence number will automatically show up whenever you call anywhere in Germany. There is no need to get one number for Berlin, another for Hamburg, and another for Munich, etc., since it doesn't work that way.
    • And with dynamic callback routing, when customers call these local numbers back, they will automatically be routed back to the agent who last made contact with the caller. 
    • To add local presence numbers to your account, log in to the kixie.com dashboard and click on "manage numbers" -> add a non-US/Canada local presence number
