If you want to start receiving inbound calls on Kixie right away, then forward your numbers over to Kixie prior to porting, and the transition will be seamless.

To start your number port: you MUST attach the following in an email to support@kixie.com, and we will do the rest for you. If you do not email us the attached LOA(s), your port may not be processed. Thank you!

  • The port process usually takes 5-10 business days, but you need to fill out and submit the requested information correctly!
  1. A filled-out copy of the appropriate LOA form that exactly matches the account information your current carrier has on file.
    • If you're unsure what this information is, you can refer to:
      • a copy of your phone bill
      • your phone provider's account dashboard
      • ask your current phone provider for a CSR (customer service record)
      • call your current provider and ask them directly
    • If the info on your LOA does not exactly match what your phone provider has on file, the port will be rejected after a long delay.
  2. Optional but recommended: a copy of your most recent phone bill from your current phone provider, or a screenshot of your account details.

For any further questions or help with forwarding/porting, please email support@kixie.com.
