Formatting Phone Numbers for Fast + Smooth CRM Sync

Once you've successfully dialed a phone number, Kixie will take the e164 version of that phone number (+442038684554) and search your CRM's contact database for a contact match, in order to sync the call activity.

If you use HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, your numbers are already stored on the CRM backend this way, so you don't have to worry about formatting your numbers correctly!

For other CRMs, it is recommended to store US/Canada numbers in any of these number formats below to ensure Kixie can find and return a contact match result faster.
