We’ve just implemented several new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for Kixie PowerCall. Let’s take a quick look at what’s new.
Enhancements
Status Update Message
We now show a message that the user’s status is restored after they disconnect and reconnect from WiFi.
DND Button in Dialpad
The DND button now has a red icon when you’re in Do Not Disturb to make it more clear in more places you look that you are in that status.
Updated Call Route Information
AutoCalls will now display the AutoCall type and the name of the AutoCall in the call notification, e.g. an AutoCall from a cadence will now show "AutoCall: [Name of Cadence]".
Bug Fixes
Click-To-Call Icon Size Error
Fixed an issue where the C2C icon would show up on some pages in the wrong size.
Click-To-Call Logging Incorrectly In HubSpot Task View
Fixed an issue where C2C was logging to an incorrect contact in Hubspot from a task view.
SMS Template Data
Fixed an issue where SMS Templates would not correctly populate a contact’s information when using the contact tokens, [fname] and [lname].
Call Type Dropdown Missing
When switching between CRMs in PowerCall, sometimes the Call Type dropdown would be missing. This has been fixed.
PowerList Verbiage Changes
“Subscriptions” is now “PowerLists”
“Pause Dialing” is now “Pause PowerLists”
Extension Opens Unexpectedly
Fixed an issue where PowerCall would sometimes jump to the front of all other Chrome browser windows and/or open even though it had been closed by the user.
Team SMS Sent Timestamp
Fixed an issue where messages sent via Team SMS would sometimes display that they were sent in the future (eg “sent 7 hours from now”).
C2C HubSpot Activity Issue
Fixed an issue where C2C would not dial when selected from a HubSpot logged activity.
